Cranial Sacral Therapy
This subtle and
powerful healing form assists the body in its natural self-corrective
abilities. . It's gentle non-invasive
manipulative techniques assist the body in its own natural self-correctives
activities. The cranio-sacral system includes
all the bones of your skull, face & mouth, extending by a system of
hydraulics and membranes to the lower end of the spine, the sacrum. Several
ounces of Cranial Sacral Fluid move rhythmically through a dural membrane,
nourishing & connecting the entire nervous system. This creates a
rhythmical motion throughout the body that can be palpated for healing. Any
imbalance or trauma (i.e. Birth trauma, accidents, stress) in this system can
affect your sensed, emotions, motor functions, structure and influence the
entire system indirectly.
Cranial Sacral
Healing improves general health, immune system and brain functioning, structural integrity and alignment. It empowers the body's innate
healing processes.
Gentle movements
of the hands are used to integrate and balance the nervous system, which
